The Dolphin Fleet whale watching began in 1975, Provincetown, Massachusetts, with the hope that an understanding and awareness to people about whales and their environment. Dolphin Fleet Ships
Every fleet vessel is specifically designed for whale watching and comfort. They are designed in aluminum with a double chine for extra stability and are of 3 Detroit Diesel 1271TIMotors. They are equipped with a sun bath on the second level. There is a walking platform for viewing on the bow, and no open tracks. The boat has plenty of seating on both upper and lower decks. The interior cabin seats more than 100 passengers and is centrally heated and air-cooled.

They serve a full breakfast menu with eggs, bagels and a variety of breakfast specials. Lunch menu includes items such as pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, chowder and chili.
